To link your User Profile to your Smart Key, first select the "Settings/Gear Icon" from the menu on the Audio Multimedia system.
Next, make sure the User Profile you wish to link to your key has already been saved and loaded on the Audio Multimedia system.
If not, select the Profile you want to link to your smart key under Saved Profiles.
Now, select "Personal Info" under My settings. Then scroll down to "Key."
Next, toggle the Link Key setting to the "On" position.
Your smart key will now be successfully linked to your Toyota User Profile.
Tip: 1. Linking a smart key to your profile will automatically load your profile once your turn on the vehicle. 2. When linking a User Profile to your key, be sure to only have one set with you in the vehicle at a time. Otherwise the Profile may become linked to the incorrect smart key. 3. Each key can be linked to only one Toyota User Profile at a time. 4. It is recommended to "Sign out" of your User Profile on the Audio Multimedia system when letting a valet or any other person drive your vehicle.
